The room was well-appointed and recently refurbished, with 2 queen beds plus a couch. the location was excellent, within walking distance to everything I wanted to visit. - There were convenient amenities nearby, such as a sushi restaurant, gas station, and grocery store.

I thoroughly enjoyed newly renovated and beautifully maintained room in this hotel.
the room i booked was to be newly painted with newer carpets and available with comfy beds. the location was excellent and perfect for traveling around grand forks, very close to supermarket and a nearby restaurant and grand forks in the winter.

Sincerely, it was a good stay for a night. There were central heating, an iron and an electronic key card in the room, loved that. The location was peaceful, for example, Dick Bartlett Park was within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was pleasant, so I would book again.
Some people working there were apathetic.
